to enhance educational outcomes. It introduces new possibilities for engagement, accessibility, personalization, and collaboration. Thus, the goal is not to use computer technology for its own sake, but to improve learning experiences and student achievement.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <!-- Module 2 -->\n    <div class=\"ptadc-module\">\n      <h4 class=\"ptadc-module-title\">Research and Development (R&amp;D)<\/h4>\n      <hr class=\"ptadc-module-divider\" \/>\n      <div class=\"ptadc-module-text\">This module aims to develop creative and effective researchers capable of contributing to academic advancement and improving educational practices. Topics include project-based learning, flipped classrooms, inquiry-based learning, gamification, and blended learning.
