This Internationalization Roadmap is adapted from the RISE Synergic Roadmap framework, co-funded by the European Union. It serves as a strategic guide for generating synergies between internationalization and career development at the systemic level within Akre University for Applied Sciences. The rationale of this Roadmap is to demonstrate that collaborative work and a participatory approach supports institutional development in a more coherent and comprehensive way. Each action is designed to reach more than one objective this is the logic of the synergic approach.
