Professor Dr. Musaab Salman Sultan is the Director of the Center for Pedagogical Training and Academic Development at Akre University for Applied Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanotechnology and Nanomagnetism, from the United Kingdom, as well as a Higher Diploma in Pedagogy from Finland. His academic and research interests focus on ferromagnetic nanowires and thin films for memory and sensing devices.

As Director of the Center, he leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching quality, strengthening faculty competencies, and promoting innovative teaching and learning practices. He oversees the design and implementation of academic and professional development programs, supports curriculum review and development processes, contributes to quality assurance and institutional capacity-building initiatives, and fosters a culture of continuous learning, academic excellence, and lifelong professional development throughout the university.
